Dispatch in 3–7 working days after confirmation, packed for export and tracked to your door.
Lead time
Standard dispatch is 3–7 working days after order confirmation. Stock items ship sooner; special-order and bulk quantities are scheduled when the order is confirmed and stated in writing on the proforma invoice.
Packing
- Neutral export carton as standard — no supplier branding, safe to resell.
- Private-label packing on request, subject to minimum quantity.
- Heavy or fragile items (bumpers, body panels, glass, lamps) use reinforced export packing.
- Net weight and pack quantity are recorded against every line on the packing list.
Shipping methods
Air freight, sea freight and express courier. We compare the options and quote the one that fits your deadline and budget — or ship on your own forwarder account if you prefer to control the routing.
Freight is confirmed before payment
Freight is not an estimate added after the fact. The shipping cost is quoted and approved together with the goods price, before you pay.
Tracking
Every shipment is issued with a tracking reference. Send it to us on WhatsApp and we will follow the shipment with the carrier on your behalf.
