Quality & warranty
Every part we ship is graded, matched against the OE number and covered. Here is exactly what the warranty covers — and what it does not.
Quality tiers at a glance
Four tiers, each labelled and priced separately on your quotation. We do not mix them and we do not upgrade or downgrade without telling you.
- Genuine Original — factory part in original packaging.
- Special — OE-grade part supplied outside the official dealer channel.
- International Brand — established aftermarket manufacturers.
- OEM Brand — verified supplier-owned brands built to OE-equivalent specification.
12-month warranty against manufacturing defects
Every part we supply carries a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects, counted from the date of dispatch.
What is covered
- Material and manufacturing faults found during normal use.
- Premature failure where no fitting or application error is present.
- Parts that do not match the OE number stated on our quotation.
What is not covered
- Damage caused by incorrect fitting, over-torquing or a modified vehicle.
- Normal wear items after installation (friction material, rubber, electrical contacts).
- Damage in transit — this is claimed with the carrier instead, and we file it for you.
- Parts fitted but not reported as faulty inside the 7-day inspection window.
How to raise a claim
Report the issue within 7 days of receipt, quoting the OE number, your invoice reference and photographs of the part. We confirm the assessment and either replace the part or refund it — including return freight where the fault is ours.
Fitment is confirmed before we ship
Every enquiry is checked against the OE number and, where the model, year or engine is ambiguous, against your VIN. Sending the VIN removes almost all fitment risk.
