We state the quality tier — always
On every quotation you can see which tier a part belongs to: Genuine Original, Special, International Brand or OEM Brand. If we cannot supply the tier you asked for, we tell you and offer the alternative. We do not ship something else and hope it passes.
No substitution
The part number on the invoice is the part number in the box. If a supplier sends an equivalent number instead, we contact you before dispatch rather than shipping it unannounced.
Traceability
Every line in our catalogue is matched to an uploaded supplier record or a historical purchase record. Where a part number is uncertain, we say so instead of guessing at it.
Our limits, stated plainly
We are a sourcing and export business, not the vehicle manufacturer. We do not hold a dealer franchise, and we do not describe aftermarket parts as genuine. What we do commit to is the tier, the part number and the warranty — in writing, on every order.
